Bodybuilding on a Budget $$$
Park/Playground
-Going to a public park/playground is more cost efficient than having a gym membership. Exercising with your own body weight instead of actual weights is safer and cheaper than pumping iron. For every exercise you can do at a gym, there is a Calisthenic equivalent workout such as: pull ups, push ups & dips. Not only will you save money but you will save yourself a lot of hassle/headache from going to the gym (The gym culture has become completely toxic in 2024). Nothing better than being one with nature and getting your workout on with fresh air in your lungs.
Food & Nutrition
-The foods that are required to build muscle and strength can get very expensive especially with the high cost of groceries. A solution would be purchasing or getting a "five finger discount" on something such as canned fish/canned vegetables. Eating frozen fruit (sherbert, gelato & frozen yogurt) can also be a substitute for the foods that you typically eat daily. Being fit and in shape is about bulking up as well as weight loss. What better way to lose body fat than to get on a frozen diet and bulking up those muscles with a small fish diet. Your wallet will thank you later.
The Rent is Too High
-Long gone are the good old days when a nickel would be able to purchase one a soda pop. As the value of the dollar depreciates over the years, what's really important is Health & Fitness. The whole world has truly gone insane, some people aren’t looking for anything logical, like money. They can’t be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Jobs come and go, Relationships ebb and flow but one's health is the sole responsibility of the individual and that is the one consistent factor.
